We ensure that whatever choice you make, will be an informed one, and that your system will be both reliable and easy to use.
Documentation
Ask any engineer— it's incredibly complex to make something simple, and simple to make something complex. When technology is implemented correctly, there is a lot going on behind the scenes to create the easy user experience that you enjoy. Though you won't ever need to know how your system works behind the scenes, we like to empower you with the option by providing a complete set of engineering plans describing what is best equated to your home's central nervous system. Documentation makes future changes and additions a breeze, and is a useful tool that helps our team and your other trades to stay on the same page.
Project Management
The system designer who guides your initial consultation will be there for you through your entire installation, working closely with one of our dedicated project managers to ensure that the original vision is delivered flawlessly. Given the vast level of interdependency among controlled systems in the modern home, we understand just how tightly a design intent must be integrated with its practical execution. And whether our team will be interfacing with you directly, or your designer, builder or other agent, we take pride in making the job easier for all of our collaborators with a synchronized vision and timely communications.
Installation & Programming
Alfred Hitchcock is said to have planned so meticulously, that when it came to filming his movies, the production process was relatively uneventful. He saw it all in advance. Anticipating every hurdle, and making adjustments from the production office, rather than on set. We take a similar approach, assembling our equipment racks in a controlled environment to minimize disruption and uncontrolled variables on the job site. Our installation team is highly trained and fully supported, and looking from the outside in, you'd think it was effortless, rather than the product of careful planning, thousands of installations and decades of experience.
