Retrofit & rescue
No construction. Still plenty we can do.
Nothing is being torn apart, and nothing needs to be. Either something isn’t working, or you want more from the house than it currently gives you. Both are ordinary work for us.
How it works, start to finish
01You tell us which it isA fault to fix, or a system to add. One question, and it decides who calls you back.2 min
02We call you backA technician for a fault, a technology designer for a system. Not a dispatcher either way.1 business day
03We start at the houseIn a finished house the routes decide what’s possible, so we look before we promise anything. A fault is often solved on this visit.Free · on site
04We design it, then go through it togetherFor anything beyond a repair we put a design together and walk you through it at the showroom, with the drawings in front of us.At the showroom
05We fix it, or we’re honestIf the right answer is replacement, or that it isn’t worth doing, we’ll say so and show you why.—

Will you have to open up the walls?
Usually far less than people fear. A finished house has more paths through it than it looks: attics, crawl spaces, closets, existing runs. Wireless has got good enough to carry the rest where it has to.
Where something genuinely can’t be reached without opening a wall, we’ll tell you before we start, and you can decide whether that part is worth it. Nothing gets opened as a surprise.
Are we a match?
Works bestYou don’t have to be our client. A good share of this work starts with somebody else’s system.
HarderA system we can’t make right. If that turns out to be the answer, you’ll hear it on the first call rather than after a visit.
