After hours
After hours means texting your designer. Everyone here came up through the field, so you reach someone who knows your house, not someone taking a message.
There is no night shift, and there hasn’t been the demand for one. Reliability is the first thing we select for, and the harder part is how products behave together, which is where most systems come undone. A system that holds is worth more than a number to call when it doesn’t.
What we did instead was put the tools in your hands, at no charge. A box frozen at two in the morning? There’s an app on your phone that pulls the plug and puts it back. Most of what used to need a call doesn’t anymore.
The one thing we won’t do is outsource it. If you are paying for service, the person who answers should know your home.
If you’d still want formal cover, say so. You’re the only people whose answer counts.
Would you enroll?Sunday afternoons, game days, holidays, whatever actually matters in your house.
