Trade partners

We make you look good, and we stay out of the way.

Our job on your project is to be the subcontractor who doesn’t create problems for you. One contact, one coordinated set, no surprises at closeout.

How it works, start to finish
01A conversation about the projectBefore there’s anything to quote.30 min
02We join your design meetings earlyLow-voltage decisions made late are the expensive ones.Per schedule
03A coordinated low-voltage setWe overlay your plans into our own low-voltage set and keep it current as the design moves, so what gets built matches what was drawn. Elevations where they earn their keep: a television backbox lands where the millwork expects it, not where the framing happened to allow.Per revision
04Single-point coordination for lightingLighting touches more trades than anything else we do. We carry the layout, the circuiting, and the schedules in one set that your electrician and our team both work from, and we keep it current as the design changes, down to a fixture added late. It is why the handover from installation to programming is uneventful.Through design
05One point of contact to closeoutThe same person from kickoff to punch list.Ongoing

Will you publish our project?

Not the house. We don’t put photographs of clients’ homes on our site, and that includes yours. The credit for what anyone would see belongs to you and to the designer, and a low-voltage contractor posting your room is borrowing it.

What we will do, if you want it, is credit you by name on the work we do publish, and hand you our own photographs of the rack and the details, free, for you to use however you like. The technical work is the one part of a project we can show without borrowing anyone’s credit for it.

Are we a match?
Works bestYou bring us in while the drawings are still moving, and there’s a conversation to be had before a number.
HarderA blind bid on a 48-hour turnaround. We can give you one, but it won’t be the number that ends up being true.
